I could not be happier with my experience! I recently sent in my Rolex Explorer II for repair and service. I have owned this watch and worn it almost everyday since I bought it new in 1980. It is the most important material possession I own. Over the years I sent it to Rolex Service in Beverly Hills for service twice. While they did a nice job, I was not happy with their “non” communication and the cost. A friend recommended Official Time Watch so I hesitantly decided to give them a try – this watch is my baby. Leo’s exceptional customer service, attention to detail, communication, and compassion should be a model for the industry! I felt well informed and like we were going through this process together. My watch was ready ahead of schedule and under the original estimate. When I opened the box I could not believe how nice my watch looked – I’d say it looks better than when it was new!
