Leo and his staff were awesome. My Submariner had quit keeping decent time, and gradually got to the point where it was barely running. I had put off having it serviced because life was in the way, but finally got around to getting it taken care of, after approximately 7 years of sitting unused. From the first phone call and Leo’s excellent explanation of how the process was going to work, all the way through to it being finished considerably ahead of schedule, everything went perfect and stress free. As I expected by the way it could not keep time at all, it did need a few replacement components, but all of it was reasonably priced. To have it polished up and looking new, as well as keeping perfect time, I don’t know how I could be any more satisfied. I highly recommend Official Time Watch, Leo and his staff. I will continue to use them in the future whenever necessary.
